The Slippery Rock University Professional Development School
Network is a collaboration including fourteen schools
representing four school districts in Western Pennsylvania.
The interrelated goals of our network are to improve
pre-service teacher education, further ongoing faculty
development, enhance student learning, and engage in
continuous inquiry. The arenas of work evident in our PDSs
include teaching and learning, research, assessment and
evaluation, student achievement, and structural support.
Nurturing our PDS network is a continuous process that
entails change and growth both at the university and K-12
levels. SRUs PDS Network is dedicated to overall
improvement of the educational process.
The SRU PDS Network is currently in the process of expanding
to the middle and secondary levels. |
