Graduate Assistantship in Women's Studies
The Women's Studies Program has a graduate assistant whose main responsibilities are coordinating the publication of FOCUS on Women's Issues, assisting with women's studies programs and keeping the minutes for the program's monthly meetings. The graduate assistant has an office in the Women's Center and assumes partial responsibility for keeping the facility open. Requirements for the position include interest in feminist scholarship word processing, computer graphics, and language skills commensurate with the production of the newsletter; ability to cooperate with diverse people; adequate academic standing for graduate work at the universitay and full time status as a graduate student.
