    This is not a "degree" application to SRU. Therefore, please note the following:

  1. Non-degree applicants using this form are not eligible to receive federal financial aid.

  2. No application fee is required with this form.

  3. If you have been denied admission to the university, you cannot use this procedure as a vehicle to become admitted.

  4. If you have been suspended from the university, you cannot take classes without first gaining written approval from your college dean.

  5. First-time applicants for graduate courses must submit official transcripts of all previous undergraduate or graduate coursework prior to enrollment. Proof of baccalaureate degree graduation is sufficient for registration purposes.

  6. This application form may not be used by international students.

  7. A signature verification form (.PDF) must be sent to the Office of Graduate Admissions after you submit the application.

Slippery Rock University's Annual Security report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Slippery Rock University; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.  The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
