Welcome to the new face of the Health and Safety Department. The Department of Health and Safety provides a diversified curriculum which prepares students for careers in a variety of health and/or safety-related disciplines, such as community health, gerontology, and safety and environmental management. The department offers a bachelor of science with a major and minor in public health or a major in safety and environmental management, and a certificate or minor in gerontology.
