RAMC Office Support

Description

Work as part of a dynamic organization dedicated to promoting ecological sustainability. Learn about sustainability in a casual yet professional office environment. This position will provide secretarial office support for the Macoskey Center. Position will start at 10 hours / week with the possibility to increase hours as the semester develops.

Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Answer phones and communicate messages

• General filing and computer work

• Tracking project expenses

Desired Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, written)

• General windows-based computer skills (Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.)

• Student engaged in an environmentally-related degree program

• Eligible for Federal Work-Study (based on your FAFSA submittal)
