Secondary Education:  English

The program in comprehensive English is designed to prepare prospective teachers for certification to teach English in secondary schools (grades 7-12).  Students are expected to consult with advisors from the Departments of English and Secondary Education.

Students desiring a secondary English certificate will complete these credits toward specialization in addition to the required credits in Liberal Studies (42) and Professional Education (37).
