Bio

Born in Oklahoma, usually a poor student, distracted, slow to grow up, but lucky to have patient parents and a brother who encouraged me to draw. Raised in the 40’s and 50’s in a time and place that was much simpler than today, I finally started to find direction while attending art school in Kansas City. All of my life I have been fortunate to have friends and teachers who balance outrageous humor with serious intent and a sense of adventure.
