Fee Descriptions

Tuition: Tuition is based on credit load and residency status. Full-time tuition for graduate students is based on a credit load of 9 - 15 credits.

Academic Enhancement: This fee supports academic activities that enhance and extend the traditional instructional activities of the classroom.

Health Service: This fee supports the student health program, which is available to all students, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, during the academic year. Physicians, nurse practitioners and registered nurses provide comprehensive services including office visits for illness and injury, medication such as antibiotics, preventive care including physical exams, walk-in urgent care, inpatient overnight care, and campus-wide health education.

General Service (Activity): This fee is administered through the Student Government council of trustees. It helps defray the cost of athletic events, lectures, concerts, publications, student clubs and organizations, and other student activities.

Recreation Center: This fee entitles the students to full use of the center, including the Russell Wright Fitness Center. Students voted to establish this fee, which funds the cost of operation of the Aebersold Student Recreation Center.

Community Building: Mandated by state law, this fee is required to retire the general obligation bonds for the University Union Building.

Technology Fee: Supports the development expansion and use of instructional technology.
