  SRU Undergraduates who have earned 95 credits with a minimum of 2.75 QPA are eligible to apply, enroll and earn graduate level credit.
  Students who are interested in this option are advised to visit with their undergraduate academic advisor and the appropriate academic program graduate coordinator prior to completing this form.
  Credits earned under this program establish a permanent graduate level record at Slippery Rock University and are available for transfer to other accredited institutions.
  No application fee is required.
  Students may not take more than two graduate level courses per semester.
  A limit of 12 graduate credits may be earned prior to formal admission as a graduate level student.

  All applicants for admission in August and January should apply by May 1 and September 1 respectively due to the time needed to process international applications. Those received after these dates may not be processed until the following semester.
  Required credentials to be submitted are found on the application itself. International applicants are encouraged to contact the Office of Graduate Admissions to insure they our sending all the necessary information.
  A fee of U.S. $30.00 is needed to process all application. This fee cannot be waived and is nonrefundable. The fee must be submitted in a check or money order, made payable to Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and must have transit numbers (computerized) along the bottom edge in order to be processed through our local bank. Bank drafts will not be accepted.
