Your Application" button at the bottom of this
application when finished.

A twenty-five dollar check written
out to Slippery Rock University must be sent with the
signature verification form (.PDF) to the Office of Graduate
Admissions. The application fee is non-refundable.

Applicants for admission in fall,
spring and summer are advised to apply by July 1, November 1 and
March 1 respectively. Applications for most programs are reviewed on a continuing
basis or until programs are filled.

It is the applicants
responsibility to submit an
official transcript for all colleges or universities attended.
To be considered "official," the transcript must come directly
from the institution where the work was completed and must bear
the official institutional seal. Transcripts of Slippery Rock
University graduates will be requested for the applicant by the
Office of Graduate Admissions.

All degree applicants are required to submit official scores from the
Graduate Record Exam (GRE) test unless otherwise noted. The
Millers Analogies Test (MAT) may be substituted for the GRE for
all programs except physical therapy, and history.

Slippery Rock University's
Annual Security report includes statistics for the previous three years
concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off
campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Slippery Rock
University; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to
and accessible from the campus. The report also includes
institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies
concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of
crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
