Between Liberties is a progressive and acoustic musical experiment involving a trio of Pittsburghese songwriters. With well-honed sensibilities, quirky song structures, and powerful delivery, this all-original and energetic group catapulted onto the scene with songs that parallel lives they live and witness, and speak of discovery and disillusionment, the ethereal and enlightening, the mundane and magical. Perhaps they remind you of Big Brother & the Holding Company meets Michael Hedges, writing the songs of Beethoven, Belle & Sebastian and Tool.   Listen online at BetweenLiberties.com

Bruce Hoffman is an award-winning songwriter who is often compared to John Prine.  His mission is to fill the air with satire you can dance to.  His first solo CD, Welcome to Irony City, will be released later this year.

What everyone needs to know about Cathy Stewart is that she is first and foremost a songwriter. She'd rather hear the voice she heard sing the song when she wrote it do it than hers. Ok, so she hear "voices", call the guys in the white coats and haul her off. She sings for fun, and as long as its good enough not to make your ears bleed, she's done ok.
