All Honors email will be sent to your University email address. While we may reply to your personal address when you write to us, no personal email addresses will be maintained in this office. Please make it a habit to check your University address for incoming Honors announcements.
If you are mailing material to the office via the U.S. postal Service, please use the mailing address listed above.
If you are hand-delivering your materials before or after office hours, you may use the drop box outside the door of the Honors office. Leaving mail in the drop box is done at your own discretion. The office cannot be held responsible if items should 'disappear' from that box, so please maintain copies of anything submitted to our office in this manner. Feel free to call or e-mail to confirm that something you dropped off was received.
A great source of information is in the Honors Program folder on the university I:\ drive. There you will find information that you will need during your participation in the Honors Program, such as announcements, meeting agenda, important forms, etc. The I:\ can be accessed at http://sruwebaccess.sru.edu/.
Please inform the Honors Program Office of any changes to your address or phone number. It is YOUR responsibility to give us current information if you are not receiving your Honors mail or phone messages at your school location.
