Mailbox Cleanup Procedures

• Empty "Deleted Items"
• Click on "Folders" on the left side.
• Click on "Deleted Items."
• Click on the trashbin icon which should say

• Delete Junk E-mail
• Click on "Folders" on the left side.
• Click on "Junk E-mail."
• Click on the trashbin icon which should say

• Delete "Sent Items"
• Click on "Folders" on the left side.
• Click on "Sent Items."
• Sort emails by size - Click on the column that says "Size."
• Delete these emails, espcially ones that are over 100KB.

• Delete Drafts
• Click on "Folders" on the left side.
• Click on "Drafts."
• Delete these emails.
