CLASSROOM ACTIVITY KITS
Please visit the Instructional Materials Center on the second floor of Bailey Library. We are opening the area housing the Classroom Activity Kits for Education Majors.
Here you can peruse the vast collection of hands-on resources to utilize in the classroom; these materials are designed to enhance your already planned lessons or to encourage new ideas for instruction. Kits include, but are not limited to:

Materials
are available for each of the content areas: Counseling and
Development; Elementary Education; Physical Education; Secondary
Education; Special Education and Sport Management. Materials can
be checked out for a one-week period, with three renewals; extended loans available.

Over 10,000 audiovisual materials and approximately 30,000 children's books can be used for curriculum planning, the preparation and presentation of lessons, and the assessment of pupils. The Center includes audiovisual materials for the entire campus. The Instructional Materials Center also contains a small multimedia lab and circulates digital video and still cameras, tripods, and sound recorders. Instruction and tours are available upon request. Open during all regular library hours, the Instructional Materials Center is located on the second floor of Bailey Library.
