Student Assistants Honored at 2007 Convocation
Every year the faculty and staff of Bailey library take a
moment to honor the library student employees who received recognition
for their scholastic achievements at the spring Slippery Rock
University Academic Honors Convocation.
The students celebrated on this webpage have achieved academic
distinction at SRU, which means they have gotten the highest grades in
their disciplines. We are very proud of our student scholars because of
their personal success, and also because they are helping the library
succeed as well. Bailey Library employs well over 100 students in
various capacities and it is not an exaggeration to say that we could
not function without their help. The Bailey Library students honored
here manage to accomplish everything they do academically while holding
down demanding jobs in the library at the same time.
We extend to our honored student employees our congratulations
and our best wishes for continued success in their studies and in their
chosen careers.
