Dr. Maribeth Knaub teaches voice, piano, and the Alexander Technique. Her M.M. degree is from the Peabody Conservatory of Music of Johns Hopkins University and her Ed.D. is from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a certified to teach the Alexander Technique by the F.M. Alexander Foundation. Maribeth has presented many demonstrations about this technique at regional music therapy and music education conferences, the
International Conducting Workshop held every summer at Duquesne University, and at an Alexander conference in Ireland. As a vocal coach, Maribeth has directed 40+ productions of broadway musicals in the Pittsburgh area and 18 operatic productions at SRU.
