Biosketch
Dr. Hughes has been a part of the SRU PT faculty since 1990. He has expertise in skeletal biomechanics and has obtained advanced clinical recognition in orthopaedic physical therapy by being awarded his Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist Certification (OCS) in 2000. He has a strong clinical and research interest in shoulder rehabilitation and maintains clinical practice on a regular basis. He is also very active in National and State Physical Therapy associations and has served as a consultant to a number of manufacturers. He is director of the musculoskeletal research laboratory.
